Pursuant to Article 88 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 109/2025), the Smederevo City Administration, Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, publishes the following
Notice
of receipt of a request to amend the permit for the storage and treatment of non-hazardous waste
The competent authority informs the public that on 23 December 2025 the operator DOO COMPOSTING, Smederevo (registered with the SBRA under registration number 17209221), submitted a request to amend and supplement permit No. 382-10/2025-11 of 3 July 2025 for the storage and treatment of non-hazardous waste.
The amendment concerns setting the maximum capacities for the receipt and treatment of waste, in accordance with the Ruling giving consent to the Impact Assessment Study
The deadline for submitting opinions and proposals is 22 February 2026, by email to: ekologija@ smederevo.ls.gov.rs.
The submitted request and the accompanying documentation may be inspected at the Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, office 35, from 11:00 to 14:00.
