Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the Smederevo City Administration

the public that the project developer, KAT GROUP doo, Jugovićeva 26, Požarevac, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project “Establishment of a Centre for the storage and recovery of non-hazardous waste with the properties of secondary raw materials at the location of cadastral plot no. 5461, Lipe 1 cadastral municipality”.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation from the project developer’s request, may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 9 August to 19 August 2023, from 12:00 to 14:00.
Opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for this project should be submitted to this competent authority within 10 days of the date of publication.
