Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the Smederevo City Administration

the public that the project developer, “Naša jabuka” doo Smederevo, Vodanj bb, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: complex for the storage and processing of agricultural produce, introduction of a juice production line, on cadastral plot no. 2093, Vodanj cadastral municipality, Smederevo.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation from the project developer’s request, may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 23 August to 2 September 2023, from 12:00 to 14:00.
Opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for this project should be submitted to this competent authority within 10 days of the date of publication.
