Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the Smederevo City Administration

the public that the project developer, VICTORY ELECTRIC d.o.o. SMEDEREVO, Šalinačka 86, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project “Adaptation of an existing industrial building for the production of metal hardware” on cadastral plot no. 223/68, Smederevo cadastral municipality.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation from the project developer’s request, may be inspected on the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 18 October to 28 October 2023, from 12:00 to 14:00.
Opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for this project should be submitted to this competent authority within 10 days of the date of publication.
