Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 135/2004 and 36/2009), the Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo

the public that the project developer Radio Lux Doo Smederevo has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: radio station of the Lux Naxi Radio 102.0 MHz FM transmitter, on cadastral plot no. 604/7, Smederevo cadastral municipality, Šalinačka bb.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 27 December 2023 to 6 January 2024, between 10:00 and 14:00.
Please submit opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project in question to this competent authority within 10 days of the date of publication.
