The City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, Section for Utility Affairs, Transport and Environmental Protection, Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection, pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 14/2016, 95/2018 (other law) and 35/2023), publishes the following
Notice
on the receipt of a request for the issue of a permit for the storage and treatment (recovery) of non-hazardous waste
The competent authority informs the public that on 13 November 2023 the operator, the independent shop for the collection and sale of secondary raw materials AD Sistem 1 Dalibor Adamović pr Radinac, Vojislava Ilića 30, Radinac (registration number 61545859), submitted a Request for the issue of a permit for the storage and treatment (recovery) of non-hazardous waste at the location of cadastral plot 2143/3, Lipe 1 cadastral municipality, registered at the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo under number 382-18/2023-11.
The waste management activity will be carried out on open surfaces with a compacted gravel base and on enclosed concrete surfaces on cadastral plot no. 2143/3, Lipe 1 cadastral municipality, Kovinski put bb, Smederevo.
The deadline for submitting opinions and proposals is 10 February 2024, by email to: ekologija@smederevo.ls.gov.rs.
The submitted request and the accompanying documentation can be inspected at the Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, office 35, from 11:00 to 14:00.
