The City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, Section for Utility Affairs, Transport and Environmental Protection, Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection, pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 14/2016, 95/2018 (other law) and 35/2023), publishes the following
Notice
of the receipt of a request for the renewal of the integrated permit for the storage and treatment (recovery) of non-hazardous waste
The competent authority informs the public that on 23 May 2024 the operator HARSCO METALS doo Smederevo, Radinac (registration number 17535145), submitted a request for the renewal of the permit for the storage and treatment (recovery) of non-hazardous waste, register number 54, at the location of cadastral plots no. 2571/11, 2571/12, 2571/14 and 2571/1, all in Radinac cadastral municipality, registered under number 382-10/2024-11.
The waste management activity will be carried out within the existing infrastructure on the said cadastral plots.
The deadline for submitting opinions and proposals is 23 June 2024, by email to: ekologija@ smederevo.ls.gov.rs.
The submitted request and the accompanying documentation can be inspected at the Group for Utility Affairs and Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, office 35, from 11:00 to 14:00.
