the public that the project developer IVOX doo, Slavonska 53, Smederevo, has submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the Project: solar power plant “Ivox 1” with a capacity of 100kW on the roof of building no. 1 on cadastral plot 576/10, Smederevo cadastral municipality.
The submitted request, that is, the data, notices and documentation contained in the project developer’s request, may be inspected at the premises of the competent authority in Smederevo, Omladinska 1 (office no. 35), from 18 December 2024 to 2 January 2025, between 12:00 and 14:00.
Please submit opinions on the request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project in question to this competent authority within 15 days of the date of publication.
