The urban development project for the construction of a rural tourism complex on cadastral plot no. 1121, Binovac cadastral municipality (hereinafter: the Urban Development Project) was prepared by LOGA d.o.o. Beograd, Business Unit ARHISOFT PRO SMEDEREVO, Dr Jovana Cvijića 21A, Smederevo, for the investor Bojana Ivović, sole trader, guest accommodation services, Villa “Tiho noći” Smederevo, Jagodinska 25, Smederevo.
All interested parties are invited to inspect the Urban Development Project and, during the public presentation, to submit comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, in writing, by post or through the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, by 4 August 2026 at the latest.
The Department has authorised Miroslava Nikolić, graduate spatial planner, to provide information about the public presentation, tel. 026/672-724, ext. 1660.
The public presentation of the Urban Development Project will last seven working days, starting on 27 July 2026, on the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, from 10:00 to 14:00.
