The urban development project for the development and use of the open-pit mine at the “Mihajlovac” brick clay deposit near Smederevo (hereinafter: the Urban Development Project) was prepared by PE “Urbanizam” Smederevo, Omladinska 1, Smederevo, for the investor KEBE DOO BEOGRAD, Milentija Popovića 5A, Belgrade (Novi Beograd).
All interested parties are invited to inspect the Urban Development Project and, during the public presentation, to submit comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, in writing, by post or through the filing office of the City Administration, Omladinska 1, by 15 October 2026 at the latest.
The Department has authorised Filip Dimić, MSc in Spatial Planning, to provide information about the public presentation, tel. 026/672-724, ext. 1634.
The public presentation of the Urban Development Project will last seven working days, starting on 7 October 2026, on the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, from 10:00 to 14:00.
