The urban development project for the construction of a production hall and workshop for the manufacture of metal products on cadastral plot no. 233/118, Smederevo cadastral municipality (hereinafter: the Urban Development Project), was prepared by Vladan Đurčinović PR, Design and Engineering Bureau “DIV PROJEKT” SD, Smederevo, Vojvode Stepe 15, flat 5, for the investor Željko Đotunović of Belgrade.
All interested parties are invited to inspect the Urban Development Project and, while the public presentation is under way, to submit comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction and Investment, in writing by post or through the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, by 22 July 2025 at the latest.
The Department has authorised Miroslava Nikolić, graduate spatial planner, to provide information about the public presentation, tel. 026/672-724, ext. 1660.
The public presentation of the Urban Development Project will last seven days, starting on 15 July 2025, at the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, from 10:00 to 14:00.
