The Urban Development Project for the construction of a compressed natural gas station and a technical inspection facility for vehicles with a maximum permissible mass exceeding 3.5 t, cadastral plots nos. 2729/1, 2729/12, 2729/14, 2795/1, 2795/4, part of 2863 and part of 2864/1, Vranovo cadastral municipality (hereinafter: the Urban Development Project), was prepared by Termo Inžinjering d.o.o., design, engineering, construction, trade, services and brokerage, for the investor Velibor Ivanović from Lozovik, Save Manojlovića 10.
All interested parties are invited to inspect the Urban Development Project and, during the public presentation, to submit comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, in writing by post or through the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, by 19 March 2026 at the latest.
The Department has authorised Miroslava Nikolić, graduate spatial planner, contact tel. 026/672-724, ext. 1660, to provide information about the public presentation.
The public presentation of the Urban Development Project will last seven days, starting on 10 March 2026, on the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, from 10:00 to 14:00.
