The urban development project for the construction of a commercial building for retail and catering use on cadastral plots nos. 3823/5 and 3823/12, Radinac cadastral municipality (hereinafter: the Urban Development Project), was prepared by Nikola Perazić PR, architectural services, ARS PROJEKT Belgrade, Novi Beograd, Generala Ždanova 3/7, for the investor, the wholesale and retail trading company “Bisa market” Radinac, Spasoja Pejanovića 19.
All interested parties are invited to inspect the Urban Development Project and, while the public presentation is under way, to submit comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services, in writing by post or through the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, by 18 November 2025 at the latest.
The Department has authorised Miroslava Nikolić, graduate spatial planner, to provide information about the public presentation, tel. 026/672-724, ext. 1660.
The public presentation of the Urban Development Project will last seven days, starting on 11 November 2025, at the premises of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, from 10:00 to 14:00.
