Pursuant to the Decision of the City Council of the City of Smederevo on Issuing the Public Call for the Participation of Direct Beneficiaries (Business Entities) in Implementing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats in the Territory of the City of Smederevo, No. 317-19/2023-09 of 28 August 2023, and the Rulebook on Co-financing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats under the Project “Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency for Citizens in Serbia”, No. 317-10/2023-09 of 28 August 2023, and with the prior consent of the Ministry of Mining and Energy,
