Pursuant to the Law Ratifying the Loan Agreement (Project “Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency for Citizens”) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, International Agreements”, No. 6/22), the Contract on Co-financing the Programme for the Energy Renovation of Family Houses and Flats implemented by the City of Smederevo, Article 19 of the Rulebook on Co-financing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats under the Project “Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency for Citizens”, the Public Call for the Participation of Direct Beneficiaries (Business Entities) in the Implementation of Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats in the Territory of the City of Smederevo, No. 317-19/2023-09 of 28 August 2023, the amendments to the Public Call for the Participation of Direct Beneficiaries (Business Entities) in the Implementation of Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats in the Territory of the City of Smederevo, No. 317-12/2025-09 of 18 November 2025, and the Decision of the City Council of the City of Smederevo on Announcing the Public Call for Co-financing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats, No. 317-13/2025-09 of 8 December 2025, the following is hereby published:
Public call
for co-financing energy renovation measures for family houses and flats in the territory of the City of Smederevo for 2025
The completed, signed and printed application form and the documents referred to in Chapter VII of the Public Call are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: “APPLICATION FOR THE PUBLIC CALL for co-financing energy renovation measures for family houses and flats in the territory of the City of Smederevo for 2025, DO NOT OPEN”, with the sender’s full address on the back of the envelope.
Only one application may be submitted in person.
Applications may be submitted as of the tenth day from the date of publication of the Public Call, except for citizens referred to in Section XIV, paragraph 3, with the day of publication not counted in this period; if the tenth day from the date of publication of the Public Call falls on a Sunday or another day that is a non-working day by law, applications are submitted on the next working day.
Applications submitted before 18 December 2025 will not be considered, except for citizens referred to in Section XIV, paragraph 3.
