Pursuant to the Law Ratifying the Loan Agreement (“Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency for Citizens” Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia: International Treaties”, No. 6/22), the Contract on Co-financing the Energy Renovation Programme for Family Houses and Flats implemented by the City of Smederevo, No. 401-102/2023-12 of 20 July 2023, Article 18 of the Rulebook on Co-financing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats under the “Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency for Citizens in Serbia” Project, No. 317-10/2023-09 of 28 August 2023, the Public Call for the Participation of Direct Beneficiaries (Businesses) in Implementing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats in the Territory of the City of Smederevo, No. 317-19/2023-09 of 28 August 2023, and the Decision of the City Council of the City of Smederevo on Issuing the Public Call for Co-financing Energy Renovation Measures for Family Houses and Flats in the Territory of the City of Smederevo for 2023, No. 317-46/2023-09 of 25 September 2023, and with the prior consent of the Ministry of Mining and Energy,
