Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 16th session held on 5 January 2024, adopted the following:
Ruling giving consent to the Decision on the Selection of Sports Programmes Financed from the Budget of the City of Smederevo for the Period from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024
