Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 4 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 (other law), 101/2016 (other law), 47/2018 and 111/2021 (other law)), Article 92, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 2/2019, consolidated text) and the Decision on the Dissolution of the City Assembly of Smederevo and the Establishment of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 94/2023),
the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, at its 6th session held on 23 November 2023, adopted the following acts:
- Decision on Amendments and Supplements to the Decision on the Budget of the City of Smederevo for 2023
- Conclusions giving consent to the amendments and supplements to the 2023 business programmes of the public enterprises founded by the City of Smederevo, namely:
- PE “Urbanizam” Smederevo, Smederevo
- PUC “Vodovod” Smederevo
- PUC “Zelenilo i groblja” Smederevo
- PUC “Parking servis” Smederevo
- PE “Grejanje” Smederevo, Smederevo
- PE “Sportski centar” Smederevo
- Conclusions giving consent to the amendments and supplements to the 2023 work plans and financial plans of the institutions founded by the City of Smederevo, namely:
- Smederevo Cultural Centre
- Smederevo Public Library
- Historical Archives in Smederevo
- Museum in Smederevo
- Regional Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments Smederevo
- Centre for Social Work Smederevo
- Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo
- Day Care Institution for Children, Young People and Adults with Developmental Disabilities “Sunce”, Smederevo
- Regional Centre for Professional Development of Employees in Education Smederevo
- Health Centre “Smederevo” in Smederevo
- Conclusion establishing the average prices per square metre of the relevant real estate by zone, as the starting basis for determining property tax in 2024 for taxpayers who do not keep business books
- Decision on Awarding Scholarships to Secondary School Pupils of Roma Nationality for the 2023/2024 School Year
- Decision on Awarding Scholarships to University Students of Roma Nationality for the 2023/2024 Academic Year
- Ruling giving consent to the Decision on the Amendment of the Statute of the Historical Archives in Smederevo
- Ruling on the Amendment of the Ruling on the Appointment of the Project Team for Implementing the Public-Private Partnership Project, without Elements of a Concession, for the Financing, Design, Reconstruction or Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Local Road Infrastructure and the Paving/Reconstruction of Squares and Other Public Areas in the City of Smederevo, with Public Payment
- Conclusion giving consent to the Amendments and Supplements to the Programme for the Maintenance of the City Dump for Municipal Waste Disposal in Godominsko polje for 2023
- Conclusion on the Correction of a Technical Error in the Detailed Regulation Plan “Central Cemetery” in Smederevo (“Official Gazette of the City of Smederevo”, No. 7/2010)
