The public inspection will last 30 working days from the date of the announcement, that is, from 15 July 2026, in the Smederevo City Administration building, Omladinska 1, in the hall in front of the Assembly Hall, on working days from 11:00 to 14:00. The Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction, reconstruction and modernisation of the district heating network and facilities in Smederevo will also be displayed on the website of the City of Smederevo (www.smederevo.ls.gov.rs). During the public inspection, interested legal entities and individuals may submit their comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, exclusively in writing, through the filing office of the City Administration (at the counter or by registered post), by 26 August 2026 at the latest.
A public session of the Planning Commission of the City of Smederevo will be held on 28 August 2026 at 10:00 in the Smederevo City Administration building. During the public session, all legal entities and individuals present who have submitted written comments on the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction, reconstruction and modernisation of the district heating network and facilities in Smederevo may explain their comments before the Planning Commission of the City of Smederevo.
