The public inspection will take place for 30 days starting on 1 August 2025, in the Smederevo City Administration building, Omladinska 1, in the lobby in front of the Assembly Hall, on working days from 11:00 to 14:00. The Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the “Prote Mateje Nenadovića” residential and commercial block in Smederevo and the Report on the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Plan can also be accessed electronically on the website of the City of Smederevo, www.smederevo.ls.gov.rs (direct link to the page).
During the public inspection, interested legal entities and natural persons may submit their comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction and Investment of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, exclusively in writing, through the filing office of the City Administration (at the counter or by registered post).
A public session of the Planning Commission of the City of Smederevo will be held on 5 September 2025 at 10:00 in the Smederevo City Administration building. During the public session, all legal entities and natural persons present who have submitted written comments on the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the “Prote Mateje Nenadovića” residential and commercial block in Smederevo and the Report on the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Plan may explain their comments before the Planning Commission of the City of Smederevo.
