The public inspection will take place over 30 working days from the date of the announcement, that is, from 10 February 2026, in the Smederevo City Administration building, Omladinska 1, in the hall in front of the assembly chamber, on working days from 11:00 to 14:00. The Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of a flyover in Smederevo is also displayed on the City of Smederevo website (www.smederevo.ls.gov.rs). During the public inspection, interested legal entities and individuals may submit their comments and suggestions to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, exclusively in writing, through the filing office of the City Administration (at the counter or by registered mail).
The public session of the Planning Commission of the City of Smederevo will be held on 27 March 2026 at 10:00 in the Smederevo City Administration building. During the public session, all legal entities and individuals present who have submitted written comments on the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of a flyover in Smederevo may explain their comments before the Planning Commission of the City of Smederevo.
