The early public inspection of the study for the preparation of the Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of a solar power plant for HBIS GROUP SERBIA IRON & STEEL D.O.O. Beograd in Smederevo will be held for 15 working days, from 27 February 2026 to 20 March 2026, on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1, from 11:00 to 13:00.
The Detailed Regulation Plan covers cadastral plot no. 13753 Smederevo cadastral municipality, cadastral plots nos. 3182/1 and 2182 Lipe I cadastral municipality and part of cadastral plot no. 3353/2 Lipe I cadastral municipality.
The study for the preparation of the Detailed Regulation Plan will be available for inspection by the interested public:
- in hard copy on the premises of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1, second floor, Urban Planning and Legalisation Group.
- in digital form on the official website of the City of Smederevo, www.smederevo.ls.gov.rs. (at the following LINK)
Authorities, special organisations, holders of public powers and other institutions must, at the request of the body responsible for preparing the planning document, provide the conditions and all available data during the early public inspection, and no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the request. Exceptionally, the conditions and all available data may be provided within 30 days, with an explanation from the competent authority or organisation for not acting within that period, in accordance with the Law, in writing by post or through the filing office of the Smederevo City Administration, Omladinska 1.
Interested legal entities and individuals may submit comments and suggestions on the displayed study during the early public inspection to the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Investment, Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, in writing by post or through the filing office of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, Omladinska 1, by 20 March 2026 at the latest.
