Pursuant to the Rulebook on the Conditions for the Admission, Enrolment and Withdrawal of Children in the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo, No. 578/24 of 27 February 2024, the following is hereby issued
Call for applications for the admission of children for the 2024/2025 school year
For the 2024/2025 school year, the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo is issuing a call for applications for the enrolment of children.
Applications for enrolment are submitted electronically on the eUprava portal through the eVrtić service.
You can submit the application yourself, exclusively through the eUprava portal, if you already have an account; otherwise, you must register first.
Electronic applications for enrolment in the 11-hour full-day programme, for the educational groups nursery, kindergarten and the full-day Preparatory Preschool Programme (children born between 1 March 2018 and 28 February 2019), will be accepted from 1 April 2024 to 19 April 2024.
Electronic applications for enrolment in the four-hour Preparatory Preschool Programme in the facilities in the city, in the “Poletarac” facility in Osipaonica and in the “Čarolija” facility in Radinac for the 2024/2025 school year will be accepted in the first enrolment period from 1 April 2024 to 19 April 2024, and in the second enrolment period from 19 August 2024 to 23 August 2024, in person at the “Hajdi” facility, Vojvode Mišića 4.
Exceptionally, parents/other legal guardians of children may fill in the application in person from 15 April 2024 to 19 April 2024 at the Institution’s head office, Vojvode Mišića 4, Smederevo, from 9:00 to 14:00.
Enrolment in the four-hour Preparatory Preschool Programme in rural local communities will take place from 27 May 2024 to 31 May 2024, by filling in the application directly with the preschool teacher on school premises.
Requests for the transfer of children from one facility to another should be sent scanned by email to upisvrticsd@gmail.com from 1 April 2024 to 19 April 2024, by downloading and filling in the request form available on the Institution’s website https://nasaradost.org.rs/, or submitted in person at the Institution from 15 April 2024 to 19 April 2024.
Additional relevant documents for single parents, children with developmental disabilities, children from families receiving some form of social protection, etc., and for parents who are not citizens of the Republic of Serbia, proving the stated status, must also be scanned or photographed and sent by email to upisvrticsd@gmail.com.
The decision on the admission of children is made by the Admissions Commission appointed by the Director of the Institution. The results of the Call will be published on the notice boards of all the Institution’s facilities and on the Institution’s website on 21 May 2024. The lists of children admitted and not admitted contain the following information: the reference number of the submitted application, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
If the child’s parent, guardian or foster parent is not satisfied with the scoring, they may submit a written objection to the Enrolment Commission no later than 8 days from the date the list is posted. The Enrolment Commission must respond in writing no later than 15 days from the date the objection is received.
Applications and documents submitted before 1 April 2024, or after the call deadline of 19 April 2024, will not be considered.
From 10 June 2024 to 27 June 2024, future service users will conclude the Contract on the Use of Services of the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo according to a schedule to be posted later. If a parent/other legal guardian does not conclude the Contract on the Use of Services with the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo by 27 June 2024, they will be considered to have withdrawn from enrolling the child in the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo.
The Call will be conducted in accordance with Article 17 of the Law on the Foundations of the Education System (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 88/2017, 27/2018 (other law), 10/2019, 6/2020, 129/2021 and 92/2023), Articles 13 and 14 of the Law on Preschool Education (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 18/2010, 101/2017, 113/2017 (other law), 95/2018 (other law), 10/2019, 86/2019 (other law), 157/2020 (other law), 123/2021 (other law) and 129/2021), the Rulebook on Detailed Conditions for Determining Priorities for the Enrolment of Children in a Preschool Institution (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 44/2011) and the Rulebook on the Conditions for the Admission, Enrolment and Withdrawal of Children in the Preschool Institution “Naša radost” Smederevo, No. 578/24 of 27 February 2024
