The citizens of Smederevo are informed that the Republic Hydrometeorological Service of Serbia has issued a warning of extremely high temperatures from 25 June to 3 July 2026.
For Thursday, 25 June and Friday, 26 June, maximum temperatures above 35 0 C are expected, and for Saturday, 27 June and Friday, 28 June, maximum temperatures above 380 C are expected.
The weather forecast for 29 June to 3 July 2026 predicts mostly sunny and very hot weather, with maximum daily temperatures of 35 to 38 °C in most places.
People with chronic illnesses and those undergoing treatment or under medical supervision are particularly at risk in such extreme weather conditions.
Due to the forecast high temperatures, citizens are urged to avoid spending time outdoors during the hottest part of the day, to complete all their errands in the early morning hours and to follow the advice of doctors and the relevant services.
