The Department for Property and Legal Affairs and Utility Services of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 7 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 14/2016, 95/2018 (other law) and 35/2023), publishes the following
Notice
on the revocation of the permit for the treatment (storage) of non-hazardous waste held by the plant operator Mikasa Green doo Smederevo, Aleksandra Matića 22, Smederevo, issued by Ruling No. 501-159/2016-05 of 11 July 2016 of the Department for Urban Planning, Utility and Property and Legal Affairs, Section for Urban Planning and Construction, Transport and Environmental Protection, Group for Environmental Protection of the City Administration of the City of Smederevo, register number 64, on cadastral plots no. 803/1 and 803/2, Lipe II cadastral municipality.
The competent authority informs the public that, acting on a proposal by the environmental protection inspector, on 28 June 2023 it adopted a Ruling revoking the permit for the treatment (storage) of non-hazardous waste held by the plant operator Mikasa Green doo Smederevo, Aleksandra Matića 22, Smederevo bb, because the operator does not carry out the said activity at the location concerned.
The Ruling revoking the permit for the treatment (storage) of non-hazardous waste prohibits waste management on cadastral plots no. 803/1 and 803/2, Lipe II cadastral municipality.
