The Republic Hydrometeorological Service has issued a warning of extremely high temperatures for the Podunavlje Administrative District for Wednesday, 2 July 2025, when maximum temperatures above 35 0C are expected. For the period from 3 to 6 July 2025, a red warning, the highest level, has been issued, with maximum temperatures of 38 0C to 40 0C forecast. Extremely high temperatures are also forecast for the rest of the first ten days of July, from 6 to 10 July 2025, when maximum temperatures of 34 0C to 38 0C are expected, locally up to 40 0C.
Citizens are urged not to go outside unless absolutely necessary, to carry out their errands in the early morning hours and to follow the advice of doctors and the instructions of the relevant services.
