The Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo adopted Conclusion No. 438-140/2023-09 of 23 November 2023, which sets the average price per square metre of the relevant real estate for 2024, by defined zones, as the basis for assessing property tax for taxpayers who do not keep business books.
