Jasmina Vojinović was born on 21 December 1971 in Smederevo.
She completed primary school in Lugavčina and secondary school in Smederevo.
She is a qualified primary school teacher and has worked since 1993 at the Primary School “Branko Radičević” in Lugavčina, where she also lives.
From 2016 to 2020 she was a Member of the City Council of the City of Smederevo, and from 2020 to 2022 she was an adviser to the Mayor of the City of Smederevo and coordinator for cooperation with councillors’ groups in the City Assembly of Smederevo.
From 30 October 2023 she served as President of the Provisional Authority of the City of Smederevo, appointed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
From January 2019 she served as Commissioner of the Smederevo City Board of the Serbian Progressive Party, and in March 2023 she was elected President of the Smederevo City Board of the Serbian Progressive Party.
She is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party.
